The practice

ELIA Atelier is a strategic editorial practice serving premium and luxury houses, a sub-brand of USKALE SA. A senior operator fronts every mandate and editorial judgement stays in-house. You own the technical layer end to end, white label.

What you own

• Prompt libraries and sampled baselines across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI surfaces. Mention rates reported as proportions with their intervals, never as facts.
• Entity architecture: Organization and Person JSON-LD with sameAs and @id, sourced Wikidata items, naming and category consistency across every record a machine can read.
• Listings and access: Google Business Profile, Bing Places, robots policy for the AI user agents, indexation on Google and on Bing.
• Merchant feeds and product schema where commerce applies.
• The monthly citation-gap report: the exact third-party URLs deciding a client's category answer, and where the client is absent.

What you do not own, and will never be asked to

Content. Copywriting. Reddit. Community management. PR. Outreach. Client relationships. We do that, and we are good at it.

Requirements

• Five years or more in technical SEO including entity work. Hands-on schema authorship and validation, not recommendations passed to someone else.
• Wikidata editing with sourced references.
• Python, or equivalent, for scripted sampling against the OpenAI, Gemini and Perplexity APIs.
• Fluency with proportions, sampling and confidence intervals. This is not decorative. It is the product.
• Strong written English. French or Spanish useful and not required: native prompt phrasing is supplied by us.
• Two to three hours of daily overlap with CET.
• At least one referenced engagement with a premium or luxury brand, with a referee we may call. Premium B2B counts. We will not ask you to invent one.

How we work

A short written update each week in a fixed format. Delegated access only: no shared client passwords, an access register, revocation on exit. NDA and IP assignment with USKALE SA before any client data moves. Your work carries our name and appears in no portfolio.

Structure

We contract fixed price per mandate rather than hourly. A foundations mandate runs roughly 40 to 55 hours; a full sprint runs 50 to 70 across 90 days; a small quarterly retainer covers ongoing monitoring. Bring those three numbers. Your efficiency is your margin, not ours.
